Jerry Kuo
Interior Designer, Artist
Based in Shanghai, Kuo was born in Taipei where he graduated from China University of Technology with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design. He worked in Taipei for the firm X-LINE DESIGN before assuming the position of (Senior Interior Designer) at Neri&Hu Design and Research Office in Shanghai. At Neri&Hu, Kuo was involved in several projects like the (Taikang Resort) in Sanya and the (Vanke residential development) in Shanghai. He founded his independent design consultancy, JKS, in 2020 with a focus on interior design and art. Regarding interior spatial condition as the primary substrate for contemporary life, the practice ties the ideal living experience to the more timeless values that design can bring to life.
